Funtuna EGG Recipe

You will need:

 

3 eggs

1 tablespoon milk

1 tablespoon chopped carrot

1 tablespoon chopped onion

1 tablespoon chopped spring onion

salt and pepper

 

Directions:

 

Put the eggs and milk into a mixing bowl, add about half a teaspoon of salt and whisk.  Next you need to pass this mixture through a fine sieve. This is very important step because it removes the chalaza, so the dish will have a finer texture and it will contain less cholesterol. Add the finely chopped carrots, onions, and freshly ground pepper and stir. Lightly grease the frying pan and turn on the heat.
